Nuestro propósito es:

Compartir el amor de Jesucristo con la comunidad hispana/latina en el área de
Old Town, para que juntos podamos descubrir formas de edificar el Reino de Dios  creciendo en el amor, la esperanza, el consuelo, la justicia, la luz y el valor en los individuos, las familias y la comunidad.

Al ir desarrollando este compañerismo  entre las Iglesias Presbiterianas de Winston-Salem PC(USA) y la comunidad hispana/latina, intercambiaremos experiencias de vida a la luz del Evangelio, identificando  nuestras necesidades y  fortalezas  a fin de desarrollar juntos nuestros dones y talentos para que todos y todas vivamos vidas abundantes.

Nuestra visión es que este ministerio sea una  fuente de inspiración e ideas para otras comunidades de fe,  así como una avenida de diálogo intercultural que construya  puentes de relación y comunidad.

Statement of Purpose

To share Jesus’ love with the Hispanic/Latino community in the Old Town area, so that together we may discover ways to build God’s Kingdom by nurturing love, hope, consolation, justice, light, and courage in individuals, families, and the community.

As we develop this partnership between the Winston-Salem PC(USA) congregations and the Hispanic/Latino community, we will exchange life experiences in light of the Gospel, and we will identify the needs and the strengths that we have together in order to develop our talents and gifts so that we can all live abundant lives.

Our vision is for this ministry to become an inspiration and source of ideas for other faith communities, as well as a venue for cross-cultural dialogue and bridge-building relationships.
