*Directions for submitting Salem Presbytery Reports online:

1. Click on the form and fill it in completely.
2. Once you've completed the form, click on the gray "Save" button and save the form to your computer.
3. For each form, follow steps 1-2, and then email them all together as attachments to pfreiberger@salempresbytery.org
