We would like to introduce an addition to the Health Ministry/Parish Nursing webpage that will feature a church within Salem Presbytery and their involvement in Health Ministry. It will be featured as the "Spotlight" church. To see this month's spotlight church, click here or use the link along the right side of the page. Health ministry is many different things in many different churches. Health ministry can be as simple as reaching out to a member in poor health all the way to holding a health fair that reaches out to the greater community or getting an automatic defibrillator with training for all. Many churches have a nurse to support them, some provide these services through deacons or wellness committees.
